SCOPE OF SERVICES THE MEYER GROUP offers a diverse scope of services that address all aspects of the development, design and construction process. Project services provided by THE MEYER GROUP include, but are not limited to: Site evaluation, Due diligence studies for existing buildings, Programming, Preliminary concept design, Architecture and Interior Design, Preliminary project budgets and schedules, Interview potential members of design and construction team, Negotiate design and construction agreements, Verify consultant insurance requirements, Establish final budgets and project schedules, Team leader of design and construction team, Monitor design and documentation process, Evaluation of bids, Monitor construction process, Conduct job meetings, Distribute weekly project updates and executive summaries, Review and approve FF&E purchase orders, Review and approve all invoices and pay requests, Track project budget and disbursements, Construction punch list, FF&E punch list and Project closeout.
